CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled date/time. This time allows for finding new clients for that time slot. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged 50% of the rate of their booked service. Failure to cancel your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full amount of the session. A credit card is required be kept on file for this purpose. If a client is brand new and fails to arrive to their first appointment, they will not be allowed to book in the future. Missed appointments are a lost opportunity for another client and a financial loss to the therapist. EXCESSIVE CANCELLATIONS I understand that life happens and scheduling changes sometimes need to be made. However, excessive cancellations do not allow for a business to be properly run. In the event of three consecutive cancellations, you will not be allowed to schedule again.
